Managing Director, Mark Gilbert
Mark is an experienced viticulturist and vineyard manager, specialising in vineyard business management and strategic viticultural practices. He works with clients throughout Australia and India, and has gained a reputation for providing practical and pragmatic advice. Mark has degrees in Horticulture from the University of Melbourne and Viticulture from Charles Sturt University, and has previously been a board member on the Phylloxera Board of South Australia.

Principal Consultant, Di Davidson
Di Davidson is a very well known Australian viticulturalist, having worked in the Australian wine industry since1975. Her consultancy experience extends to all wine grape production regions of Australia, as well as in South Africa, New Zealand, India and China. Qualified in Agricultural Science and Business Administration, Di has first-hand experience of project management and vineyard management (development and renovation). Di has written hundreds of articles for industry journals, presented workshops and seminars,and is the author of two books – ‘A Guide to Growing Wine Grapes in Australia’ and ‘The Business of Vineyards’.Di contributes to several Australian Wine Industry committees and organisations. She is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Science and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Agriculture Science and Technology. She is also a member of the Murray Darling Basin Authority.
